Meet & Greet Arrival

Passengers are greeted at the gate of arrival and escorted through the terminal where they are fast-tracked through passport control and assisted with collecting their luggage. Their luggage is then carried to the arrivals hall.

Meet & Greet Departure

Passengers are greeted at the departure hall and assisted with check-in. They are then fast- tracked through security and passport control and escorted to their gate of departure. Point to point service, no stops.

Meet & Greet Departure Extra

Passengers are greeted at the departure hall and assisted with check-in. They are then fast- tracked through security and passport control and escorted to their gate of departure.  If their flight ticket permits access to Saga Lounge, the greeter can also escort them to the lounge and wait for them there. If the passengers want to shop around, the greeter will also be available to assist with the shopping and show them around.

Passengers are greeted at the departure hall and assisted with check-in. They are then fast- tracked through security and passport control and escorted to their gate of departure. Access to Saga Lounge is included even if the passengers' flight tickets do not grant access. If the passengers want to shop around, the greeter will be available to assist with the shopping and show them around.

Passengers are greeted at their gate of arrival and and escorted to their gate of departure. Fast-track through passport control. Point to point service, no stops.

Meet & Greet Connecting Executive

Passengers are greeted at the gate of arrival and and escorted to their gate of departure. Fast-track through passport control. Access to Saga Lounge is included even if the passengers flight tickets do not grant access. If the passengers want to shop around, the greeter will be available to assist with the shopping and show them around. Note: This service is not available for passengers arriving with a non-Schengen flight and departing with a non-Schengen flight.

Service must be ordered with at least 48 hours notice.
